By purchasing one or more digital files you agree to the following:

1. The photographer (Claire Doran) retains copyright in the file at all times.

2. Your purchase entitles you to use the photograph(s) for personal use, including sharing on social media, and may also be used in conjunction with the promotion of your dog(s) or dog breeding business in online or print advertising.

3. You MAY NOT crop any photo to exclude my signature, materially alter any photo or add social media or phone app filters to any photo.

4. You MAY add your logo, details of the dog or stud as part of promotional materials referred to in 2.

5.  If you would like your selected photo changed to black & white/colour, or cropped differently please let me know before purchasing, I am happy to oblige!
